Introductory Home Inspection Training:

Experience intense, full-immersion home inspection training at the Professional Home Inspectors Institute. This exposure course is 60 hours of classroom and hands-on training, PLUS up to three opportunities to attend real inspections by accompanying our Home Inspectors into the field on the weekends before and after the classroom training. This is vital to anyone who plans to work as a home inspector or establish a home inspection business. You will learn how to develop a profitable business that builds equity that you can later sell. You will also lean the intricacies, difficulties, and delicacies of marketing to Real Estate Agents..

A wide range of hands-on training , covering aspects of home inspection protocol for roofs, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and plumbing, are available to you during the "HomePro Hands-on Lab" time.

A 20% advance (non-refundable) deposit is required to hold a reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will ship you the text books that are provided with the course. These textbooks are: The Professional Reference HomeBook, Marketing Book, Field Training manual, and the Wet Basement Diagnostics manual. Review these books to prepare for your training.

Classroom Duration: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM

Field Inspections: Saturday and Sunday before and after Classroom
